Trainer White/Blank Screen Fix

I am getting lots of comments about blank screens on the trainers.
As people are not reading the FAQ.

Here is the fix

Help I Just Get A White Screen!
1. load up internet explorer (if you cant find IE look below)
2. go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
3. install the latest version of flash
4. reload the trainer and it will now work

I Keep getting an error about Flash9i.ocx
1. load up internet explorer (if you cant find IE look below)
2. go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
3. install the latest version of flash
4. reload the trainer and it will now work

Help I cant find internet explorer to upgrade flash!
1. Download this program.
(if you cant download exe files use this zip file)
2. run the program.
3. The program will open IE to the correct page for you to upgrade your flash player.
