Statement on Club Penguin Closure

I started playing Club Penguin a very long time ago. Penguins were my favorite animal, and so I instantly fell in love with the game when I first saw it. The concept and everything about the game amazed me. I certainly wasn’t the programmer I am today, and it wasn’t until I joined the long since closed PCL forums that I started to truly begin to develop and perfect the programming skills I have today. I have no idea where I’d be had I not been introduced to the cheating community. I’ve made a lot of friends, and I am hopeful we will stay in contact after this all goes away.

I’ve made some mistakes in the past across other forums I used to be a part of, but they were all part of the learning process for me. I eventually created my own blogging site, and with the help of a good friend, I released several CP cheating programs. He and one other person eventually developed their own trainer and hosted it under the name Cloud Penguin.

With Club Penguin closing, TCPC will too be closing. The blog and programs will still be operational until sometime after CP shuts down their servers. There will be no new updates, except for ones that may require slight fixes. Once CP closes, I will shut off downloads to our programs and begin closing up TCPC. As of this moment, I am in control of the following domains: cpcheats.info, cloudpengu.in, thecpcheats.info, and penguinclientsystem.com. I will renew the cloudpengu.in domain for another year and continue renewing it if the developers and I agree on optimizing it to work with a new CPPS.

Regarding my future plans, I’ve wanted for a long time to create a MMO game like Club Penguin. I’m currently working on something, and I think I’ll be going somewhere with it. I don’t have a whole lot of free time, but if I decide to truly move forward with it, I’ll setup a website so those of you who want to can follow along with my future projects.

I will be participating in a final party hosted by the CuP team and I. Once we agree on a date, I will share it here, so you all can join us one last time before CP is gone forever.

  • Hey Snowfire, It’s been a long time since we have contacted. I wrote this comment to let you know that I was with you when ‘we’ started this website and you forgot to give some credit to me.

I haven’t forgotten about you. There’s a lot of people I didn’t explicitly give “credit” to, and I purposefully tried not to name names, so I wouldn’t have to write a much longer piece. The people I started issues with or the ones who started issues with me each had a part to play in getting me to where I am today. I’m glad to have met you even though we at times had disagreements.
